Knitting Month

National Knitting Week comes to Hove Museum & Art Gallery and stays for a month! Take part in workshops with experienced fashion designers and see unique displays in the Tearoom and Craft galleries throughout October.

Admission to the museum is free. There is a charge to take part in a workshop.

• Exhibition of knitted autumn fruit and vegetables in the Tearoom by local knitting group Stitch ‘n’ Bitch
• Historic and contemporary knitting displays in the Craft gallery drawers
• Displays of crochet coral reef and accessories by Ildiko Szabo and knitted girdles by Juliana Sissons in the Craft galleries
• Knitting books and yarn for sale in the shop

Come and learn the basics in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
